Islamists between the call “daawa” .. And the membership of Parliament

Dr.Nageh Ibrahim‏.. This is the first Egyptian parliamentary elections in which all the Egyptian Islamic movements, without exception, and run some of its advocates and its leaders and members for Parliament.

So those preachers, leaders, candidates should be aware well from the start  with the  fine lines between his previous advocate  And being a candidate and a member of parliament, Because the mixing between the two positions  cause both immediate and long-term endless negative consequences .The affect of these evils may face  the Islamic movement and the Egyptian political and  cause serious damage.

The most important of these division points:

1 - The preacher or the leader of the Islamic movement responsible for a select group of Muslims, such as the Muslim Brotherhood or the Salafi or Jemaah Islamiyah If he became a deputy in parliament,  He is responsible for all spectrums of society as well as his constituency .. He is responsible for the Christian and Muslim .. And the Sunni and Shiite The good and bad, The bearded and non bearded, who  love his group  and hate .. And veiled, excavating.

2. He shall do his duty towards them in a way just does not differentiate between one of them .. in case he compliment excavating instead of others or belonging to his group at  instead of  others so he had betray the Secretariat.

They have to go to all segments of the community to reassure them that he would be representing them all.

I admired in  an independent  devout candidate, went to all spectrums of society and to new parties and went to churches that are located in his district to talk with them and listen to them because he is  in the first  step candidate of them all.

Any preacher should not use the mosques in advertising for himself . The mosque is to call for God and not to publicize the people, also the mosque  Is for  the rotation about the law and not to rotation about the  private rights  according to the verse: "And the mosques are for  God  and not let anyone  call along with Allaah"

some might say: I advocate  to apply the law , so I tell him: You are calling  for shariaa  and your competitors of Islamists also   claim.. so who is the first one who uses the platform of  Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) to call for election.

If you are calling for the law, so you  should give up running for your brother, your opponent, who also calls for the law and has more political experience than you.

But now we have a dozen parties calling for Sharia so who is the best one of them who use   Mosque for the publicity of  their candidates.

Will we  transform the mosque into a political arena for conflict between the candidates rather than to be always  the Square of love and  compassion and consensus among Muslims.

platform Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was and will remain and will remain a platform to call for God and not to publicize the persons or parties or institutions .We must clear it  of all personal purposes.

The candidate may not be used as alms to the election campaign .. Because the ALMS has identified for  eight sides, included in  the Qur'an  and not including election propaganda in any form or hidden phenomenon.

The advocate candidate should not use zakat or charity or charities of money to him or to his mosque or his party spending on election campaigns  as it is money allocated  for  specific sides .. May not change the aspects of endowed funds to support a specific purpose without a legitimate right and accurate.

Disbursement of funds should not be suspended on the orphans, the sick, students of science or memorized for example, in the election campaign.
